The March financing release names Airtree Ventures as lead investor, with Quadrant Private Equity and the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation among the participants. Existing backers named include Main Sequence, KKR and In-Q-Tel. The company said the capital would support international expansion and its navigation technology portfolio. The release does not provide a complete ownership table.
NRFC's own announcement independently describes its preferred-equity participation and an Australian-dollar round total of A$158 million. It links the investment to manufacturing and commercialisation of Australian intellectual property.
