Autonomous drones navigate GPS-denied environments. Lithuania has strong AI talent (Oxylabs, Vinted AI teams) but zero defense-focused AI research. Military-specific AI requires specialized training data, real-time constraints, and adversarial robustness that civilian AI labs don't address.
